Natural Symphony operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), and applicable Queensland and Australian e-commerce regulations.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions, which do not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Accuracy of Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery details at checkout.
If incorrect or incomplete information results in a failed delivery or a parcel being returned to sender, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Product Descriptions

We take reasonable steps to ensure that all product descriptions, images, ingredient listings, and representations are accurate and current.
Minor variations in colour, appearance, or packaging may occur.

Shipping Timeframes

All delivery timeframes — domestic and international — are estimates only, based on information provided by Australia Post and third-party couriers.
Delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances outside our control may occur.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Risk of Loss During Transit (ACL Compliant)

Natural Symphony is responsible for your order until it is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Courier Investigations

We will liaise directly with the courier on your behalf for any delivery issues. Where a parcel is confirmed lost or damaged before delivery, we will arrange a suitable remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.

International Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

For international orders, the customer (importer) is responsible for complying with the laws, regulations, and import requirements of the destination country.

Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or clearance delays are outside Natural Symphony’s control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Natural Symphony is not responsible for parcels seized, returned, delayed, or destroyed due to local customs restrictions or import laws.

International buyers must confirm that their country permits the import of cosmetics, natural body products, skin/hair care items, candles, or oils before placing an order.

Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

Natural Symphony complies fully with Australian Consumer Law.

We will replace, repair, or refund goods that:

  • Arrive faulty or damaged

  • Are not as described

  • Fail to meet consumer guarantees

Change-of-mind returns may not be available for personal care, cosmetic, or hygiene-sensitive products for health and safety reasons.

For international returns not related to faulty goods, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Orders placed Monday–Friday are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Regional/remote areas: 3–10 business days

Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and location.

Lost or damaged goods
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

International Shipping

We ship from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia to most countries where postal and courier services permit and where import of our product types is lawful.

Processing time
1–3 business days.

Delivery timeframes
Typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.

Customs & duties
The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees.

Import compliance
Customers must ensure their country permits the import of body, hair care, cosmetic, oil, and candle products.

Tracking
International tracking provided where available.

Lost or delayed parcels
If significantly delayed, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist.

 

When International Shipping May Be Restricted

We may be unable to ship where:

  • Carrier services are suspended

  • Sanctions or safety restrictions apply

  • Local import laws prohibit our product types

  • Address or parcel requirements do not meet carrier standards
