Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product:

• Is not as described

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

• A description of the issue

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. Exchanges may be offered only where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Return Process (if approved)

If a return is approved, items must be returned:

• Unused and in original packaging (unless faulty)

• With proof of purchase

• As directed by our team

Return postage costs for faulty items will be covered by Natural Symphony once assessed and approved.
